Processing time
• Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed next business day
• You receive a confirmation email once your order ships
Shipping destinations
• We ship within Denmark and selected EU countries
• We do not ship to PO boxes unless stated otherwise
Shipping methods and delivery time
• Standard delivery time is 2 to 7 business days
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or external factors are outside our control
Shipping costs
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• Any applicable duties or customs fees are your responsibility
Tracking
• Tracking information is provided once your order ships
• Tracking updates depend on the carrier
Incorrect address
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
• Orders returned due to incorrect address are not refunded
• Reshipping costs are charged to you
Lost or delayed shipments
• Contact us if your order is delayed beyond expected delivery time
• We assist with carrier investigations when applicable
• We are not liable for lost shipments confirmed as delivered by the carrier
Damaged packages
• Inspect your package upon delivery
• Report damage within 48 hours
• Provide clear photos of the package and item
Force majeure
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond reasonable control
